Meet the Team

Tracy Rodden, Owner & Master Plumber

Highly experienced and competent professional with over 40 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry, operating a company over 100 years old. Starting as an apprentice in 1981 at Hooper Plumbing & AC, now the operating CEO, Tracy holds a Master Plumbing and HVAC license in the state of Texas. He is very adept in all aspects of plumbing and HVAC, staying on top of all the changes in plumbing and AC throughout his career. He has seen a lot in over 40 years.

Tracy has overseen the development of dozens of apprentices in plumbing and HVAC who went on to get licensed, many of whom still work for Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. He stresses knowledge of the trades and the commitment to the customer you’re working for.

Over the years, thousands of customers have come to rely on Tracy’s expertise. His philosophy has always been the customer first. The old saying is,” Treat someone like you expect to be treated.”
